    Ann Marie Johnston, MBM, is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, yoga teacher, and mom/mum of two.     Ann Swanson

    Ann Swanson, MS, C-IAYT, LMT, E-RYT500, is a yoga therapist and the lead author and editor of the data that sits behind our Yogic Practices library. Ann holds a Master of Science in yoga therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health, where she has gone on to become an adjunct faculty member. Ann’s book, Science of Yoga (scienceof.yoga) demystifies the benefits of yogic poses and practices. In her private practice, she makes yoga therapy, qigong, and mindfulness meditation accessible with personalized modifications. Her convenient online classes help busy people worldwide relieve pain and manage stress effectively. (AnnSwansonWellness.com) Post our launch, Ann will continue on as a consultant on the Yoga Therapeutics Pro app. She welcomes research-backed suggestions and comments to help continue enhancing the resource.
